The Brita Water Filter --

The Leader And For Good Reason...

Bottle water is such a waste. That's a Brita water filter campaign slogan.

That's true in many ways. After all, many bottled waters are really just filtered tap water. Think about all the hauling of bottled waters all over the world. Then there are all those bottles that get buried in land fills. It's all a big waste.

But why is Brita water so popular? Do Brita filters really work?

One reason these filters are popular is taste. The best taste from water filters comes from carbon filters. Carbon granules are the main part of a Brita filter. That's why you really do get good taste from a Brita.

Ever noticed those little black specks in the water when you start up a new filter. Those are little carbon pieces coming out of the filter. Once the filter gets soaked with water, they don't come out any longer. They won't hurt you anyway.

Brita sells so many filters because the price is right and they are so easy to use. What can be easier than the Brita dispenser, pitcher or faucet filter? They are the major filter in the cheap and easy to use market.

They are cheap to buy, but the filters aren't all that cheap. Shop around.

The list of contaminants removed is fairly short too. The filter gets chlorine, lead, copper, cadmium, mercury and some chemicals, but not fluorine.

If you want a water filter that's cheap, easy to use and makes tasty water, the Brita is a top choice.
